Charity questionnaire

When creating my charity, I needed to find out from my target audience key information to make a successful and professional charity. I decided to make and hand out a questionnaire to a range of ages, asking questions like how much do you usually donate to a charity and which charities do you donate to and why. These a valid questions to ask for research because I can then make my charity website knowing exactly what people want to see.

I handed them out to students of all ages around the school from year 7-13 to get a different interpretation, also gave some out to adults because they would be the ones who would be donating to the charities.

Before making my questionnaire, I needed information on how to make and complete a questionnaire that is easy for all age groups to read and understand. I found out this information by researching different questionnaires on what questions to ask, especially for a charity but also other reasons.

I used google to find out what questions needed to be asked in a questionnaire, I looked at a number of websites in which i concluded in my questionnaire.

One of the links I clicked on was a template questionnaire website, where I could design a questionnaire for free. This website was very useful to me and so I concluded my own questionnaire. This was my final design;
