Designing my school logo

.I started off designing my logo with the simple shield shape, this was to make my logo be more noticeable for students and parents out of school, as well as it being a convention of a logo.

I started to make more designs on my logo, to make it represent my school and the personality. The zig-zag is just a simple design, its the colours which identify the schools personality as well as the crown; making the school look powerful and successful.

I started to add colour to my logo to bring the personality to it, so the red was added as well as orange and yellow soon after, which is my creative colour scheme.

This shows the yellow being added, the connotations of yellow is happiness and energy, which symbolises
St Bernadette's Catholic Academy and the personality of each student and staff member.

I then added the orange colours to my logo, which symbolises power and creativity, this again shows the personality of my school and gives a good reputation to the parents/carers of the new students joining.

Finally, i added the slogan to my logo, which once again shows the personality of the school and shows the parents what the school has to other for their children. Each word makes the guardians of the students feel safe and believe the school gives good education as well as doesn't give up on the students. The students will also feel glad knowing they will feel safe and protected in my school.

This website helped me pick my final logo, by giving colour schemes, shapes and slogans as advice for your own logo.
